THIS fully furnished two-storey house in Thingangyun could be considered something of a bargain because it provides loads of space and plenty of features for a relatively low price of K200 million.
It’s within the Mya Yamon housing project, off the Than Thu Mar Road before the bridge over the Ngamoeyeik River and about 35 minutes’ drive from downtown.
The exterior colour scheme is two-tone blue, with a red tiled roof, white window frames, built-in garage and a stainless steel balcony all way across the front. The compound measures about 4800 square feet, with the house covering about 3200 square feet and including four bedrooms.
