THIS fully furnished two-storey house in Thingangyun could be considered something of a bargain because it provides loads of space and plenty of features for a relatively low price of K200 million.
It’s within the Mya Yamon housing project, off the Than Thu Mar Road before the bridge over the Ngamoeyeik River and about 35 minutes’ drive from downtown.
The exterior colour scheme is two-tone blue, with a red tiled roof, white window frames, built-in garage and a stainless steel balcony all way across the front. The compound measures about 4800 square feet, with the house covering about 3200 square feet and including four bedrooms.
The living room is downstairs and comes well appointed with teak parquet flooring, newish cream paint, restrained lighting and a piano. Alongside are the dining room, kitchen, ensuite single bedroom and a study.
Upstairs there is a shrine room, an ensuite master bedroom and large bathtub, and two single bedrooms, although only one of the two has an ensuite bathroom. The upper level benefits from excellent natural lighting and airflow.
The house is about one year old and remains in tip-top condition. It includes three air-conditioners, a telephone line included in sale price, two electricity meters and is fed by government mains water.
